Process Development Expert - Crop Science (onsite)

Job Purpose
The Process Development Expert leads and participates in process development activities to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing current processes and developing targeted improvements while employing advanced methods and tools for complex process evaluation. The Process Development Expert will also facilitate workshops and communicate findings to management, ensuring effective implementation of new tools and concepts.

Key Tasks

• You will lead or participate in process development activities.
• You will analyze the present status and develop the target status of processes.
• You will use methods and tools to analyze, evaluate, and configure complex processes.
• You will facilitate workshops, seminars, and meetings to drive process improvement.
• You will consult management on process development strategies and initiatives.
• You will adopt and develop new tools, approaches, and concepts for process development and implement them into daily business operations.
• You will communicate professionally about process development, making presentations and reports for management.
• You will manage CAPEX projects to ensure alignment with process development goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, or an equivalent academic certificate.
  
• Specialized knowledge in process development / Lean methodology
  
• Several years of experience in a production plant, infrastructure services, utilities, or disposal plants.
  
• Ability to analyze complex processes effectively.
  
• Team player with project leadership skills.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Languages: Hungarian native, English intermediate
