Purpose of the job The role is responsible for supporting breweries in the cluster in reviewing, preparing, and coordinating brewery long and mid-term Maintenance planning based on the HACS (Heineken Asset Care Standards), helping align the overall overhaul plans across Op Cos, aligning third party services, and coordinating the flawless adoption of maintenance processes. The role will optimize planned downtime efficiencies and continually improve PM systems providing governance and support of planning and preparation, breakdown analysis, spare parts management, supplier management, KPI control, HACS, R&M budget control, and the reporting of maintenance metrics. The position is based in Sopron, Hungary. Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of maintenance processes and systems
Identify gaps & support the continuous improvement of maintenance processes & systems based on TPM PM and Good Practice identification and sharing
Support the breweries with SSH Reliability Engineer to optimise long-term R&M life cycle
Review align and govern maintenance processes across Heineken Op Cos
Plan & prepare the implementation of new maintenance processes and systems
Coordinate high level maintenance overhaul planning (outages) with Opco production planning team
Align high level mid- and long-term overhaul plan between Heineken Opcos
Support the breweries to align OEM / supplier resources
Support breweries to ensure proper data registration and handling in the CMMS, BCS, O2I and other maintenance systems
Support the brewery Maintenance Planners to deliver OTIF.
Collaboration with SSH Reliability Engineer on HACS development, review, and change control
Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced planner with recognised engineering qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will have a safety qualification too. On top of the qualifications, we’re looking for:
A positive outlook with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience of modern planned maintenance techniques and Computerised Maintenance Methodology (CMM) systems
Previous experience working in a similar highly – automated and safety critical manufacturing site, preferably across multi-sites within FMCG
Confidence and ability to work autonomously
Language proficiency: Hungarian, Slovak, English language intermediate / advanced,
Relevant technical education
Min 5 years experience of maintenance planning and scheduling experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in high ambiguity situations
