Horti Channel & Third Party Manager
Position Overview:
The Horti Channel & Third Party Manager will play a crucial role in defining and driving the country’s Horti strategy and Point of Sales (POS) plans. You will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, managing key relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales and customer plans aligned with the overall business goals. You will also actively contribute to the regional and national POS strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial excellence.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Actively shape the country Horti strategy from an account, sales and customer perspective.
Define and implement a segmented, differentiating sales strategy for relevant Horti accounts, ensuring consistency with country, marketing, and customer strategies. Direct commercial policies, resource allocation (human and financial), and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets by overseeing sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and product flow mechanisms. Monitor KPIs and take timely corrective actions in case of deviations from the sales plan.
Collaborate closely with the Value Proposition, Key Account Management (KAM), and Sell-out teams to maintain consistency in messaging, adjust tactics based on market dynamics, and respond to competitor moves.
Who you are:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or channel management, preferably within the agricultural or Horti sector.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of shaping and implementing successful sales strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and managing KPIs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, especially with external stakeholders (POS, distributors, farmers).
Knowledge of incentive management and sales policy optimization is a plus.
