Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships through phone and email communications. They support the sales team by identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales Quotes
Creating quotes
Prepare quote lines
Interface with SE, SSRs for compatibility
Ensure Bill of Material is valid
Ensure relation with Systems
Submit and collect Scenario and Discount approvals when applicable
Review and advise changes for Approval Justification written by sales
Ensure parts compatibility
Generate Quotes
Provide the quote
Prepare Order for Submission
Ensure Perpetual M&S Contract is not expired for add-on sales
Establish Legal Agreements
Check for existing agreements and create one if necessary
Support DMs for inputs on non-standard agreements
Interface with Legal and other functions
Archive all contract paperwork
Validate legacy agreements with Legal
Obtain counter signature for Standard Agreements
Assist in filling any Product Specific Templates required for license delivery
Ensure mandatory training is included in quotes
Ensure Billed Customer has Credit & Payment Term
Proactive review and preparation of opportunities according to the close date and close stage
Ensure SOW is part of the package when PS sold along with the license
Proactive End-to-End Deal Processing
Submit Orders
Validate Completeness of Order Package
Create and maintain Purchase Order Portals when related to Sales Transactions
Obtain Revenue Recognition Approval when applicable
Submit Order Package to OF
Ensure orders are processed and delivered/invoiced on time
Proactively send quotes when Saa S usage is projected to exceed the committed volume
Send quotes for Saa S volume overages
Upsell on training and Service Offering (CSM, 24x7)
Drive Process Improvement
Identify and log improvements and suggestions
CPQ SME for Sales
Required Skills
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role in enterprise software sales
Understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Fluent language skills in English
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Experience with Saa S products and Services
