This position will report directly to the Controller in Hungary and work closely with the Assistant Controller in Kofem. We are seeking a person with high energy and drive and capability to manage complex financial processes autonomously.
Major activities:
will include managing all the FP&A processes such as:

monthly closing consolidation and reporting,
accountable to meet all Arconic and GRP International BU forecasting deadlines:
- coordinate/prepare monthly and weekly forecast and reporting including individual one for Cast House and Rolling Mill and consolidate for Location (Köfém),
- ensure the management cycle is established to meet key planning and forecasting deadlines, eg MBR’s, FP&A timelines, etc,
- establish internal timelines and optimal reporting to highlight key deviations from plan and ensure management has opportunity to establish counter-measures.
accountable for all management reporting processes
- consolidate Cast House and Rolling Mill data for Controller / Plant review,
- preparation of monthly reporting packages (coordinate for MBR of the Cast House and Rolling Mill and prepare the Consolidated one) for senior management (location / BU / Corporate)
improve and optimize reporting processes and to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and cost of all key reporting processes. This includes standardized operating reports and tools, automated reporting and analysis processes, eg bridge calculations, etc.
support various ad-hoc analysis as required,
collaborate with Assistant Controller in all not planned financial planning related subjects and substitutes in her/his absence.

At least B.S. Degree in Economics/Finance/Business Management
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form (Hungarian and English)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality analytics for Senior Leadership
Experience with querying databases in Oracle
Excellent analytical skills
Minimum Education Required: Bachelors degree in Economics/Finance/Management
Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years in Location / Business finance
