Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Placing, tracking, closing POs for the active supplier base in SAP
• Monitoring supplier performance, addressing issues pro-actively, driving for solution
• Making sure all procurement related administration meets the compliance criteria
• Preparing tender documentation
• Conducting benchmarking and market research to support the development of the procurement strategy
• Participating in global cost-saving projects
• Creating reports, presentations on request

Your profile

• Bachelor in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Engineering Manager or relevant work experience in any related fields
• Accurate and diligent working style
• Technical affinity
• Purchasing experience or affinity to purchasing parts/services
• Affinity to work on computer systems and databases
• English language skills sufficient to communicate within the organization
• Good communication skill
