Your responsibilities
As a new team member, you will get the chance to actively shape the future of our newly formed Sales Hub Europe.
Your will support all internal sales-related tasks and tools, such as the CRM system.
You will manage customer orders in the new Sales Price Management tool, ensuring accurate pricing, identifying gaps, and initiating escalation to relevant functions like Product Management as necessary.
You will collaborate closely with plant accounting to conduct regular price analysis. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the Sales Price Management tool by providing ongoing feedback to the development team and testing new features.
You will support Product Managers in daily activities, such as tooling tracking and other sales processes, to increase efficiency will also be part of your tasks.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
Prior experience in Sales/ Purchasing backoffice support, order processing, or customer service is preferred, ideally within a similar industry or a large international organization.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, agile and evolving environment with many interfaces and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Customer Orientation: a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and understanding customer needs.
You possess very strong communication skills in English, German is an advantage
Power BI, Excel knowledge is an advantage
