The Administration and HR Assistant position at ASC Global is a full-time, on-site role located in Budapest, Hungary. We are looking for an organized, flexible, and proactive Administration and HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude, be willing to take on a variety of tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required. Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with applicants.
Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.
Administrative Support: Manage general administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies and records.
HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records and assist with the preparation of HR documentation, such as contracts and performance reviews.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Policy Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HR and administrative systems.
Flexibility: Be willing to step in and assist with various tasks beyond the core responsibilities as needed, with a positive and adaptable mindset.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in administration is required. Experience in an HR role is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to support various tasks.
