In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Project Management
- Assessing the achievements and resource requirements of ongoing projects
- Supporting project managers by preparing project plans, establishing and operating a monitoring process, evaluating and measuring completed projects using the PDCA principle
- Support project managers
- Assisting tasks
- Global Operation Finance Director internal and external meetings, calendar maintenance
- Management of Global Operations Finance Director work files, structured storage
- Preparing cost accounting
- Leading room bookings
- Organising meetings involving the finance department
- Coordinating university contacts:
- Supporting dual training
- Coordination of University guiding in the external department
Coordinating the planning of Higher Education recruitment events, liaising with HR team (Roadshows, Job Fairs, NI Open Days)

- Secondary education
