WHO CAN APPLY

This program is open to all who have a university bachelor’s degree and who have professional work experience of at least 2 years in transcribing. While the university major or work experience is not the focus, the applicant should have the ability to type at least 40 words per minute and possess a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Candidates should be detail-oriented, conscientious, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn, and must speak English fluently and possess professional verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with different MS Office applications and excellent internet research skills are necessary. Applicants must be willing to work from home.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a transcriptionists, you will transcribe audio-recorded interviews of top executives or businesses and organizations from all over the world. While working independently from home, you are an essential part of the group.

PREPARATION

INTERVIEWS
Your first interview will be with one of our recruitment specialists to gain an understanding of your work experiences. There will be a transcription test to gauge your experience and alignment to our requirements. The second-round interview will be with one of our managers to assess your compatibility within our group and to set expectations in the role.
TRAINING
This position does not provide training so the candidate is expected to have the set of experience and skills needed to perform the tasks from the get-go.
DEVELOPMENT

GOALS
The goals of the transcriptionist are to transcribe audio-recorded interviews, proofread the transcripts and make sure that these are correct and accurate, and work from home with tight deadlines.
