ROLE PROFILE

JOB TITLE : Supply Chain Officer
FUNCTION : Operations
CITY & COUNTRY : Hong Kong

ROLE SUMMARY

What you will be accountable for:

Monitor full spectrum of warehouse and logistics, including inventory management, transportation and shipment to ensure all operations are smooth and avoid any supply interruptions.
Supervise the Logistics to ensure OTIF for inbound / outbound shipment / delivery; conduct Business Review and Warehouse Audit meetings with 3PL to drive continuous improvements and meet BAT’s standard.
To ensure BAT product are at a consistent quality standard, meet the product specification and conform to all relevant regulations / standards; Monitor stock level and product freshness in BAT warehouse to be aligned with agreed BAT stock policy.
Manage reporting staff to maintain adequate resources and support of daily operations.
Assessing urgent SKUs based on connectivity required locally and arranging with 3PL port team on any expediting of clearance processes required.
Monitor 3PL performance on related KPIs via meetings.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Possess at least a Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Experience of Supply Chain, Planning & Logistics at a local level for a period of 2 years minimum.
Competent user of ERP system, Microsoft Word and Excel, particularly Excel (Level II) (Vlook Up Pivot Tables, MACROS)
Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment
Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment
A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills
Strength in analytical, interpersonal, communication (oral & written)
