Key Responsibilities: Corporate and KOL Partnership:
Strategizing and Planning: A real-time understanding of market dynamics and identifying potential partnership opportunities are daily endeavors. Developing strategies that align with both their organization's goals and their partners' objectives to create synergies that drive collective success. Negotiating contract terms that benefit both parties including crafting agreements, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with the terms laid out.
Building and Maintaining Relationships: One of the primary day-to-day tasks involves cultivating new partnerships while nurturing existing ones.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: It's essential to continuously analyze the performance of partnerships and adjust strategies accordingly.
Risk Management: This includes conducting due diligence, regular audits of partnership performance, and having contingency plans in place.
PR & Event:
Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments.
Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises.
Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits
Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company’s products and services, including a crisis management strategy.
Developing and implementing organizational publicity strategies for company events.
Creating and managing a PR & KOL plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
Content:
Repurposing content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media.
Working closely with the company’s marketing team to devise online marketing strategies.
Content creation for the company’s website, social, events materials, etc.
Requirements:
A history of success in planning, executing PR, KOL campaign and corporate partnership, public relations, particularly within beauty, wellness, or a related industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to create sincere connections and articulate the nuances of our brand with courtesy and charm.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Self-starter’s attitude.
Ability to plan and execute projects with many moving parts.
Experience creating, adhering to a budget, analyse performance and optimize .
