Description:
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:
- Managing the bakery Café operations
- Managing the team of full time and part time sales, kitchen and serving staff.
- Responsible for daily operation issues including selling food products, food preparation and display, customer orderings, operating the cash register, opening and closing etc.
- Engaging with customers to provide assistance with enquiries and orders
- Assist & support to retail store marketing and promotion programs.
- Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness standard of the shop.
- Sales activities in the bakery café and for wholesale in the area. Provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to customers.
- Handling the daily closing of the bakery café.
- Similar prior experience in shop sales and food and beverage would be an advantage
- Cheerful and friendly, outgoing and resourceful
- Proactive, self-motivated and hardworking.
- Excellent communication, customer service and selling skills, responsible, proactive and good team player.
