Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options, including specials and promotions
- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure the prompt and efficient service of food and beverages
- Assist with the setup and clean up of tables and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and preparation methods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
