Your ‘day to day’:
This role is responsible for the deployment of the Brand Retail Strategy at the assigned Retail network by ensuring proper stores' operation and implementation of commercial guidelines by the assigned IQOS team, maintaining all visual merchandising standards and maximize customer service and experience excellence at each customer.
Monitoring and development of business performance at the assigned Retail network based on business KPIs and targets by analyzing key business figures and sales reports per Brand Retail network.
Proper management of resources to maximize productivity. Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising of field and stores' staff.
Collect, analyze, and report consumer insights to contribute to the successful development of Brand Retail Strategy plan by conducting consumer contacts and obtain feedback through weekly meetings with Store Manager/Assistant Store Managers/IQOS Advisors.
Manage performance, development, training, and motivation of Store Manager/Assistant Store Managers/IQOS Advisors by providing structure feedback to each individual to develop their skills and competencies.
Establish and maintain effective relationship with key internal & external partners to ensure the business results.
Who we’re looking for:
University or other equivalent Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
2-3 years’ experience in similar positions, ideally in a multinational company
Fluency in Greek and English both written & verbal
Strong collaboration and leadership skills are mandatory
Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
