VBU Sales Supervisor (Crete)
What you’ll do
The Job holder will be responsible for driving sales of all products to Business (SME/SOHO) clientele in Crete region utilizing the direct channels from Business Advisors at Own Shops.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Placing the targets and the priorities for their team and partners and driving weekly/monthly plan of action
- Supervising and Developing Business District Managers
- Support his/her team with day-to-day operation
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new team members
- Participating in budget preparation, closely monitoring commissions and other expenses and proposing corrective actions to prevent deviations.
- Managing relationships with indirect partners and resolving possible conflicts
Who you are
- Degree in Engineering, Economics or Marketing
- 5-6 years of experience in B2B
- At least 2 years of experience in people management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Commercial Drive oriented
- Proven track record in Fixed/Mobile Technologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
