Noema is looking for a passionate, High-Energy Sommelier to oversee the wine menu and offer recommendations on the best pairings. The successful candidate will be required to provide an exceptional wine drinking experience to the guests, advising them on wines based on their personal tastes.

Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and revenue made from wines and spirits
- Deliver high-quality of food and beverages to guests
- Always follow company's standards
- Organize glassware and wine related service equipment
- Ensure neat state of all wine related equipment
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and being involved to the service sequence
- Constantly remain guest focused and promote quest experience
- Perform any other duties as required by the Head Sommelier
Requirements:
- Required at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with demanding guests
- Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
- Previous fine dining experience required
- Certified wine education will be considered a plus
