Noema is looking for an experienced Checker/Controller to manage all transactions with guests accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar position, good knowledge of how cash registers operate, strong ethic and high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Apply Level 1 Controlling procedures
Collect cash, checks and credit card payments from customers in accordance with Noema’s policies
Ensure all prices are accurate
Ensure proper input of sold items in the Micros System
Prove a receipt to every customer
Process refunds and exchanges
Monitor, perform and report of waste and void transactions
Keep reports of transactions
Answer customer questions as they arise
Maintain a clean workspace
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Controller/Cashier for minimun 2 years
Verified experience concerning cash register and ordering information systems, POS (Micros knowledge will be considered as a plus)
Very good skills when it comes to numbers
Relevant to the position training certificate will be considered a plus
Very good knowledge of English language. Additional languages will be considered a plus
Basic Math and computer skills knowledge
