Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and be responsible for site management based on ABB's and customer’s guidelines. You will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job and ensure site works are working smoothly or participate when needed. The work model for the role is: Linkedin #onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area in our Metamorphossis premises. You will be mainly accountable for: • Coordinating resources within ABB, assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified. • Reviewing and communicating all onsite entry requirements for field service engineers prior to site visit. • Reviewing all service activities and trainings that are required for the job and ensuring that the service engineers have the appropriate skillset, safety education, travel documents, security clearance and cerifications to complete the request scope of work. • Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner. • Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery and being responsible for identifying service and system sales opportunities for expanding ABB’s value to the customer. • Working as a liaison between the customer and various ABB departments in delivery of support and to fullfil contract obligations. • Ensuring the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements from the beginning of the project to the final handover to the customer
Qualifications for the role
University Degree in Electrical Engineering
More than 2 years of experience in coordinating a team and organizing service works as well as site experience
Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, Ms Project, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus

Excellent command of Greek & English Language
Very good organizational skills and safety mentality
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with ability to travel to sites
