Your Role

1) Support the Global Air Logistics Operations & Governance team in controlling the Dangerous Goods certification status in each country and the respective user roles in KN systems 2) Manage Trade Control and Compliance databases and support the countries in applying the right processes 3) Execute projects and administration tasks of Global Air Logistics Operations & Governance team as required

Your Responsibilities

+ Check certification status of DG trained staff in BU Air on a quarterly basis
+ Validate user rights against certification status
+ Monitor DG Awareness training attendance in the whole BU Air globally
+ Support Account Managers in whitelisting process for customers shipping to high risk locations and monitor the status on a regular basis
+ Support with other administrative tasks and project within the Global Air Logistics Operations and Governance team as required, such as country sheet maintenance, IATA portal controlling function, etc.

Your Skills and Experiences

+ At least 1-year experience in KNGS
+ Excellent English skills - both oral and written
+ High knowledge of freight forwarding, operations and import-export regulations
+ Knowledge of KN products, services and processes
+ Experienced in KN systems and Microsoft Office portfolio
+ Leadership skills
+ Quality analytical mind set, strong in critical thinking and challenging the status quo
