Your Role
The purpose of the role is to execute the daily operations and support towards the Air Logistics OCC functions within KN Network. Timely and efficient performance within the established quality standards is required along with actively practicing critical thinking & on-the-job decision making while executing their in-scope activities. The KNGS Air Logistics Operational Care Expert focuses on Operational Care and helps deliver operational excellence while continuously contributes to the development of Airfreight export/import operations, enhancing operational capabilities & delivering increased high-quality processing. Collaborates to make sure that operations are managed within the respective regulatory requirements associated with the functions of their teams and in alignment with industry and national regimes.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Deliver operational excellence by continuously improving operational capabilities. Monitor processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement efficient solutions.
o Optimization of Proceedings: Contribute to the development of Air Logistics operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Help optimize processes for efficiency.
- Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality processing within established standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to overall operational success.
o High-Quality Shipment and Process Management: Support the Operational Care Center’s excellence by ensuring high-quality shipment and process management.
o Quality Export/Import Services: Execute export/import services with the highest level of quality. Engage with suppliers, handling agents, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical skills and sound judgment to effectively address operational challenges. Your ability to think swiftly and make informed decisions will be instrumental in promptly resolving issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate to meet regulatory requirements associated with your team’s functions and align with industry and national standards.
- Optional: Dangerous Goods Support: If certified, be part of Dangerous Goods support in alignment with IATA/ICAO regulations within the Operational Care Center.

Your Skills and Experiences
+12-month experience in KN Global Services
+ Excellent knowledge of the English language
+ PC literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
+ Action oriented and committed to achieving goals
+ Co-operate with colleagues, being open to give and receive feedback
+ Complete tasks following rules and processes, making suggestions to improve performance in own area
