We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department.
In this role, you will provide valuable support in people-relevant, administrative tasks and daily activities. You will work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner in Thessaloniki. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR policies and procedures.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and HR administration, and will naturally give you access to company insights and modern people practices.

Your work and responsibilities
- Support in recruitment process by reviewing applications and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews with job applicants
- Update company databases and process new employee data
- Assist in organizing company events
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Be a steward for our company values and culture
Background
- Passion for people and culture
- Studies in human resources, psychology, business administration, or other related fields
- Excellent written & verbal, structured communication skills in Greek and English – German would be a very strong asset
- Team player with well- developed organizational and communication skills

- High level of commitment, goal orientation and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a bias for action (“ask for forgiveness, not for permission”)
- Interest in the topics of technology, sustainability, and social responsibility of companies
