The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and human resources management. The Role
The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the recruitment process to attract top talent
- Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies
- Overseeing onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR regulations
- Managing employee relations and providing support to staff
- Communicating with recruitment agencies
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Experience in hospitality is a strong plus
Exceptional command of English, demonstrated in both oral and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and time management & organizational abilities
Ability to travel nationally
Reference letters from previous employers are required
