Hotel Manager (Chalkidiki)
Description
A prestigious five-star hotel in Chalkidiki is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to lead a luxury property and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The Role
- The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations across all hotel departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and on-site amenities
- Leading and managing department heads, ensuring effective teamwork and communication across the hotel
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures to achieve profitability goals
- Maintaining high service standards across all areas of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Addressing guest feedback and making improvements to enhance service quality
- Regularly reporting hotel performance to senior management and ensuring goals are met
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional command of English, demonstrated in both oral and written communication
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets Reference letters from previous employers are required
