Your ‘day to day’:
- Monitor performance, KPIs, create action plans and align on implementing regionally initiated projects.
- Continuously improve CSC Outbound operating model and agents (performance & efficiency).
- Monitor Quality Assurance and do corrective action plans to attain high levels of consumer experience and develop Outbound agent team.
- Deploy Commercialization initiatives & strategic priorities for Outbound communications channel.
- Participate in design and feedback of commercial programs related to Outbound activities.
- Develop and participate in projects for CSC Outbound communications Channel.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or other related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in commercial roles (B2C) with experience in Call Centers Operations, Sales or other equivalent.
- Experience with project management and process improvement with a deep understanding and appreciation of technology.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (eg. Salesforce, DCS) and CTI (Call Center) systems will be considered as an asset.
- Strong business understanding and consumer focus coupled with the ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions and all levels and to serve as a role model for collaboration.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office, strong Excel and Power Point skills needed.
- Fluency in Greek and English both written & verbal
- Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
