Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming arrival experience for guests, greeting them upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and storage, ensuring belongings are handled with care and delivered promptly to guest rooms.
- Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest services.
- Assist with valet parking services as needed, safely parking and retrieving guests vehicles with care and attention.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and amenities to guests, offering recommendations and assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a driving license.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
