Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of

BARMAN / BARISTA MYKONOS (Code: BAR - MYK)

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Barman or Barista in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant

Basic principles of BARTENDING & MIXOLOGY are required

General knowledge of Wine Basics & Food Pairing is valuable

In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service SOPS is crucial

Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential

Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset

Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote

Excellent Customer Service skills

Problem solving skills

Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department

Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage Sales

Great attention to detail

Offering upscale customer service
