Working Student (m/f/d) – Sales Training Support

Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to
be involved in the organization and support of sales and clinical training events (virtual, hybrid and face to face) within our Marketing organization.

Your role:

• Support the Capability Development Program Manager with:
  
  • Projects, such as new product introductions with challenging timelines and many different stakeholders.
    
  • Training content creation and deployment for sales trainings in international settings.
    
  • The development of learning journeys/curricula based on key areas of responsibility of our Sales and Clinical Application Specialist teams.
    
  • Training events organization and management.
    

You’re the right fit if:

• You have very good English language skills.
  
• You are currently studying fields related to Business, Economics, or Education (you have project management, presentation and strong communication skills).
  
• You are comfortable working with project deadlines and handling various tasks at the same time.
  
• You have experience with MS Office, especially with Teams, Share Point, Power Point and Excel.
  
• You are a team player.

• Salary: depending on your previous experience and your current studies, your salary will range between 17.07 €/h and 19.13 €/h
