What you'll do
In your role as Working Student supporting our Office of the CTO your specific tasks include but are not limited to:
Support with coordination tasks of the CTO Office team
Help with setting up project teams and participate in projects working closely with other offices and business units of the board area
Managing internal and potentially external correspondence
Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and to provide feedback
Support alignment on strategic topics of the CTO Office with other business units, offices and beyond
Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement
All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team
What you bring
You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
Background in IT is beneficial
Preferably some experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc.
Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken

The Board Area Technology & Innovation (T&I) is developing SAP’s platform. T&I’s flagship is SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), the foundation of the intelligent, sustainable enterprise. SAP BTP is a unified technology environment optimized for SAP applications. It unifies capabilities across application development, automation, integration, data and analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) into one comprehensive and interoperable platform.
The Office of the CTO in particular facilitates with our CTO’s Board responsibilities by making time, information, and decision-making effective within T&I and in collaboration with other board areas. The team supports the CTO’s day-to-day business with the respective governance and relationship building activities across internal and external key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include the meeting preparation of internal as well as external meetings with customers, partners or analysts. Additionally, the CTO Office takes care of any organizational tasks related to our CTO
