Your role: As a working student for Customer Service Oncology you will support to ensure a 100% service level for our product scope. This includes handling customer service specific activities by creating and maintaining sales orders in the SAP ERP system, ensuring optimum flow of information and documentation between our Healthcare-entities (manufacturing sites and affiliates), and managing the short-term distribution planning during the frozen period (including forecast and inventory analysis) in close collaboration with Supply Planning and Global Warehouse & Distribution colleagues. The role bears a partial responsibility in achieving the objectives of Service Level & shipping plan attainment, and in achieving the objectives for level of inventories at CMGs. On top, the CSS ensures full respect of GMP, GDP, and SOP policies in daily activities.
Your qualification:
Student with working experience in Supply Chain or similar area
Experience in a customer service / commercial function and familiar with usage of CRM systems and tools (e.g., SAP/JDA)
Good knowledge of Pharma industry with its related constraints is a plus
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Motivated, engaged and result oriented team player with the ability to work remotely, as well as excellent written communications skills
