Purchase Specialist (f/m/x) limited for 24 months
Location
Norderstedt (near Hamburg)
This position is limited to a 24 month contract.
Your responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end direct & indirect procurement activities for Sysmex Inostics and ensure a timely delivery of requests, purchase orders and material flow
Collaborate closely and proactively with suppliers, including conducting supplier assessments
Facilitate seamless communication with distribution, product management, marketing, warehouse teams, and forwarding agents
Actively monitor and follow up on timelines with suppliers and related departments to guarantee timely product availability
Drive process improvements and enhance communication across all involved parties
Successfully completed commercial diploma (e.g., as a foreign trade or forwarding agent) or a Bachelors degree in Business Administration
Relevant professional experience in supply chain management or purchasing
SAP knowledge is a must, S/4 experience being a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting skills
Fluency in both English and German, spoken and written
A team player with a strong hands-on mentality
