Your responsibilities
HR Controlling:
Prepare and manage the EMEA and SEU (EMEA HQ) HR budgets, identifying and analyzing deviations as needed. Monitor open positions and their associated budget implications.
Create and distribute monthly FTE and HC reports for SEU
Coordinate EMEA HR cross-charges
Maintain close alignment with Finance to ensure compliance with policies and procedures during the budgeting process and its ongoing monitoring
Prepare essential HR calculations for annual financial statements and year-end closing, including accruals for severance payments
HR Reporting:
Simplify and optimize the Success Factors reporting structure by transitioning all reports into Story reports. Ensure the accuracy and functionality of reports by verifying data quality and making necessary configuration changes.
Prepare various HR reports for the EMEA region, including EMEA Census Reports, HR Investments, and HR Dashboards
Serve as the primary support for the EMEA Jira ticketing system, addressing reporting queries and providing first-level support to affiliates
Annually prepare the SF Variable Pay upload file, reflecting targets and results for company goals across the EMEA region
Define new system reports to meet evolving business needs, ensuring they are useful for the entire EMEA region
Data Analytics & Recommendations:
Develop global HR analytics to analyze data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns related to recruitment, retention, and turnover. Leverage this analysis to make informed recommendations that improve employee motivation, retention, and overall organizational performance.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, combined with in-depth relevant professional experience
Expertise in HR controlling, reporting, and analytics, with a strong understanding of SF Reporting, people analytics, and budget planning
Proficiency in office applications, especially database and spreadsheet tools, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to apply relevant laws, policies, and regulations and present information in a clear, concise manner
Strong initiative and independent judgment, with the ability to lead meetings, facilitate decision-making, and prioritize workload effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality
