Your role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Principal Scientist with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in bioconjugation techniques and strategies, a strong background in downstream processing and purification methods, and proficiency in analytical techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated track record in project management.


Who you are:

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Extensive expertise in bioconjugation techniques and strategies
• Strong background in downstream processing and purification methods
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, and spectroscopy
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project completion
• Excellent leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior scientists
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a matrix organization
• Publication record in peer-reviewed journals and/or patents related to bioconjugation or drug development
