You will be joining the Workplace Engineering Practice team with the best of Modern Workplace Consultants, focused on advancing the state of the art in the Modern Workplace Solution areas. About you:
Characteristics that can spell success for this role
- Strong working knowledge in M365 technologies with experience of 1 or more of the following: Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365.
- Experience with migrations and onboarding activities.
- Have passed one or more of the following modern workplace certifications: MD-102, AZ140 and/or MS102.

What you'll do
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with both large and small cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Assist team and customers through onboarding technical and support process.
- Support and resolve customer deployment issues.
- Engage with the client to support gathering requirements for project needs and goals.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the M365 suite, and all required tools and products.
