The hotel
Langley Resort Fort Royal is a spacious resort located in Guadeloupe. It is situated along a dreamlike beach, just outside the charming town of Deshaies. The hotel contains one main building as well as a bungalow area with a total of 215 rooms. The resort also offers plenty of different excursions, activities, kids club and tennis lessons.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and set food concept
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of presentation and taste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
- HACCP knowledge
- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide excellent service to our guests in our show kitchen
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a high volume resort
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and international cuisine
- Passion for using fresh, local produce to create innovative dishes
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
- English is necessary. French or Swedish is a big plus
- Training and introduction on site before opening the hotel
- Possibility to grow and develop within the company
- Fun international team
- Free shared accommodation (double room in the hotel)
- Two meals/day
- Flight tickets paid from Paris
