Web Platform Lead, Supercell X
We are looking for a Web Platform Lead to take full responsibility for our web-based services for Supercell X. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong foundation in technical project management and development in web-based services, a keen interest in designing great products, and the ability to manage web services developed with a combination of in-house development and our trusted partners.
Supercell Experience (Supercell X) is our cross-game platform consisting of Supercell ID, Supercell Store and Supercell.com, with an aim to deliver exceptional experiences and value to all our players. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the Supercell X Web Platform – maintaining a strategic product roadmap, overseeing the core aspects of development, coordinating with outsourcing partners, and engaging with key development and design tasks.

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the Supercell X Web Platform – maintaining a strategic product roadmap, overseeing the core aspects of development, coordinating with outsourcing partners, and engaging with key development and design tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear vision and strategy for the Web Platform, aligning product
- Contribute hands-on to the development of the web platform.
- Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and outsourcing partners for more specialized development or design projects. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to timelines.
- Work with the Supercell X design team to maintain a consistent and appealing visual style across all our digital platforms.
- Oversee all aspects of Web Platform functionality, including product development, operational stability and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in web-based service development with a strong track record of successfully leading products from conception to launch, as well as operating large-scale consumer web services in production.
- Experience in managing external partners or freelancers with an ability to negotiate, coordinate and integrate outsourced work with in-house product development efficiently.
- Strategic and analytical abilities with the capacity to develop a product strategy that aligns with broader business goals.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices and ability to work closely with design teams.
- Solid and relevant experience on modern web development technologies and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
