We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter to join the team at Restaurant NÒR, located on the scenic 12th floor of Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport. If you thrive in a vibrant, evening atmosphere and love delivering memorable dining experiences, this is the perfect role for you!

About Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport: In June 2024, we proudly opened the doors to two extraordinary hotels located side by side at the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, with direct indoor access to the terminal and train station. This hotel complex is the largest in Finland: Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport boasts 505 rooms, extensive meeting facilities, a rooftop restaurant, and a spa, while Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport offers 211 rooms. Our congress center can accommodate events ranging from intimate meetings to gatherings of up to 1000 participants, with meeting spaces from the top floor view to the welcoming and spacious basement level.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter to join the team at Restaurant NÒR, located on the scenic 12th floor of Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport. If you thrive in a vibrant, evening atmosphere and love delivering memorable dining experiences, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take orders and provide recommendations on menu items, including beverages and specials
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure tables are promptly cleared
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant, following health and safety guidelines
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with care and attention
- Engage in additional sales, such as upselling beverages and desserts
- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service, preferably in an evening dining setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work evening and late-night shifts, as Restaurant NÒR operates from late afternoons
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is required, and Finnish language skills are an advantage
- Part-time (90 h / 3 weeks) position available
