You will be part of an exciting journey as we are in the process of transforming not only going from combustion to electrification but also in the way that we interact with our customers. Your responsibility covers amongst others:
- Planning and development of technical trainings to the retailer network (commercial and service business) together with different training partners
- Ensuring needed technical and process related competence will be implemented according to Volvo’s standards
- Analyze training needs and developing suitable trainings to ensure the competence what is needed to offer high quality customer experience in Volvo retailer network
- Developing the co-operation with education institutions
- Follow-up competence levels and training needs
- Administration of training systems and platforms
- Projects related to competence and training
- Working closely with other teams across the wider organization to ensure seamless communication.
