As a Service Engineer, you will be an essential part of our service and support team. Your day-to-day tasks are related to servicing equipment, troubleshooting, technical issues and providing customer support. This is a full-time on-site role as the work is mainly carried out at customer sites around the world.

- Maintain and install Glaston safety glass machines
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and software issues
- Customer training and supporting both, on site and remotely
- Proficiency in maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Strong problem solving skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or a related field
