As a Service Engineer, you will be an essential part of our service and support team. Your day-to-day tasks are related to servicing equipment, troubleshooting, technical issues and providing customer support. This is a full-time on-site role as the work is mainly carried out at customer sites around the world.
This is what work is about
Maintain and install Glaston safety glass machines
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and software issues
Customer training and supporting both, on site and remotely
This is your preferred background
Proficiency in maintenance and servicing of equipment
Strong problem solving skills and technical knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or a related field
