Valmet is going full speed ahead with its ERP renewal program, Leap Forward. This transformation program is rolling out new ERP processes and covers every part of Valmet’s business globally.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic Senior System Specialist, LN to join our multi-talented Leap Forward IT team in Vantaa Tikkurila (or alternatively Tampere or Jyväskylä). In this position you will be responsible for delivering IT solutions. This includes acting as Subject Matter Expert in our daily development work as well as leading and coordinating projects within this area. With your can-do attitude, you will develop and improve ERP solutions together with the Leap Program and the business functions, your team members and other IT teams and external partners.
Your key responsibilities:

Delivery of IT development and project services within Infor LN ERP (and other ERP Applications experience: Infor LN, Baan, SAP, M3 is additional plus)

Managing IT solution architecture in your own area

Agile way of working: Release management

Customer and vendor management

Requirements:

Several years of experience from ERP development (including configuration) in a global environment.

Bachelor or Master Degree or Information Technology.
-
Knowledge and Experience of e2e processes and data flows + 5 years.
-
Knowledge and Experience of Incident, Problem (RCA) and Change management processes together with Continual Improvement + 5 years.
-
Knowledge and Experience the concept of global templates + 5 years.
-
Knowledge and Experience the relations between different ERP modules and integrations to other systems + 5 years. Knowledge and Experience of work estimates and costs related to development + 5 years.

Knowledge and Experience of management and vendor management skills + 5 years.
-
Fluent written and spoken English is a must, other languages are plus.

Excellent collaboration, social, presentation and communications skills are needed.

Experience on agile development methods is an asset.
