KONE's Global Spares Supply (GSS) plans, sources and delivers quality spare parts and maintenance materials to KONE frontlines and distributors across the globe. We stock over 6 5 ,000 materials across and fulfill over 600,000 orders per year. GSS plays a key role in enabling our Service business to achieve sustainable success with customers.
We are now looking for a
Senior M anager, C hange and D
evelopment
to join our team in the Global Spares Supply Unit.
As senior manager, change and development, you will be developing end-to-end processes and solutions for spare parts at KONE. You will work hands on with systems and processes, helping various stakeholders connect different solutions and activities together to help run an effective and reliable spare part process end-to-end. You bring the right people together to further develop processes and solutions and are able to solve problems independently. In addition, you bring transparency to development programs and projects, and support in changing ways of working where needed.
This role reports to Director, Change and Development, and is preferably located in Hyvinkää , Finland.
In this position you get to:

Develop and implement spare part process and solution improvements that have a direct impact on business performance

Manage a broad stakeholder network across geographies ensure changes are implemented on sufficient level

Support and bring together experts from various fields to develop processes and solutions
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
-
Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing changes to business processes
-
Capability to understand complex processes end-to-end and in various dimensions
-
Ability to manage and tolerate change in a complex business environment
-
Practical experience with
-
Aftersales supply chain and product management processes
-
Program and portfolio management processes
It’s
also a benefit if you have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
-
SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Fiori experience
