As our company is growing, we are now opening a position for a Product Technical Owner to join our team! Convenient location for the role is Oulu, Finland.
As our Product Technical Owner, you will be a vital member of our maintenance team. You will serve as the technical lead and business partner for dedicated product functions, with a particular focus on overseeing the product’s maintenance and performance. You will play a critical role in conducting technical analyses and providing insights to support decision-making across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the technical lead for the maintenance and lifecycle management of hardware products.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure product reliability and optimize performance.
Collaborate with R&D, and NPI to resolve product issues, execute updates, and enhance product durability.
Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for any technical challenges that arise.
Work closely with customer support teams to resolve technical concerns from customers efficiently.
Establish and document maintenance protocols, guidelines, and best practices to maintain product standards.
Analyze product performance data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize performance.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Lead technical reviews and meetings with cross-functional teams, acting as the subject matter expert.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
5+ years of experience in product ownership, or lifecycle management of hardware products.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and oversee multiple tasks.
Capability to work under pressure with tight schedules
Understanding of the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components in hardware systems.
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis, solve complex technical problems, and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in global organization.
Experience with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools is an advantage.
