Product Manager
Are you interested in the different technologies driving energy transition and carbon neutral future? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our professional team of automation specialists to conquer the world with our new, next generation DNAe Distributed Control System
We are looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our team with profound automation system knowledge to meet the requirements of our energy customers, especially in the growing energy transition projects.
Your role is to support area sales managers by defining a suitable solution and costing for energy industry DCS projects. You can identify and mitigate technical risks during the sales process. With Valmet R&D and business management, you co-operate to develop our automation platform into a strong solution for the energy industry.
This position requires:
Experience of Valmet DNA DCS system (or strong knowledge of other DCS systems)
Understanding of power generation industry automation needs
Fluent spoken and written English, other languages are an asset
Technical education (M.Sc./B.Sc.) or equivalent
Beneficial for this position:
Basic knowledge of power plant automation
Experience about multifuel power plants and waste-to-energy plants
Knowledge about safety integrated systems; TUV safety system certification or similar
Experience about energy optimization solutions
