Are you a service-minded finance professional with a passion for precision? We are now looking for two Financial Accountants (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) to join our team! Convenient location for both of these roles is at our HQ in Oulu, Finland.

What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable role:
- Handling purchase invoices and travel invoices efficiently.
- Acting as the main user of purchase invoice and travel invoice systems.
- Processing and managing payments.
- Handling company credit card applications.
- Handling incoming and outgoing payment transaction
- Managing debt collection processes
- Acting as the main user of the Nomentia payment solution
- Preparing and submitting VAT and Intrastat returns.
To succeed in these roles you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant hands-on experience
- Basic understanding of the accounting principles
- Fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and precise with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a service-minded approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced situations
- Previous experience in Business Central ERP and Nomentia are seen as advantage, as well as good Excel skills.
