We are looking for a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to manage product data in Mirka’s PIM and ERP systems to ensure high-quality product information across Mirka’s channels. You will be part of a PIM team within Mirka’s global marketing organization, with the main office located at Mirka’s headquarters in Jeppo.
We are looking for a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to manage product data in Mirka’s PIM and ERP systems to ensure high-quality product information across Mirka’s channels. You will be part of a PIM team within Mirka’s global marketing organization, with the main office located at Mirka’s headquarters in Jeppo.
As PIM Specialist, you’ll handle day-to-day operations and support of product information management, focusing on product enrichment and data optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your core responsibilities include enriching new product information and updating existing data, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and quality. As Mirka transitions to a new PIM platform, you’ll also assist with this project and ensure data consistency across the systems.
Key tasks for the position are:

- Maintain and update product information in Mirka’s PIM and ERP systems
- Enrich product information by adding product descriptions, technical details, images, and other media
- Manage the product models, product categories, attributes, product relations and other product-related items.
- Support product launches and updates by ensuring data availability and accuracy
- Proactively troubleshoot and correct issues in PIM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product information and processes
- Support PIM system users at Mirka’s headquarters and subsidiaries
- Support (new) marketplaces and product data syndication across different channels
Assist the new PIM platform implementation project

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical skills and structured ways of working
- Experience in working with master data / product information
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English skills, other languages are an advantage
- Suitable professional or higher education (e.g. BBA, Bachelor’s/Master's degree) or relevant work experience.
Seen as advantages:
- Experience with MDM/PIM systems and/or other data management tools
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and related product data flows
- Understanding of product data standards (e.g. GS1)
- Skills in Adobe tools (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator) and/or Canva
- Copywriting skills
