People & Culture Advisor for Packaging Materials
We are looking for a proactive and service minded People & Culture Advisor to join our team in Packaging Materials.
As a People & Culture Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of People & Culture services and support for managers and employees in the division. You will collaborate closely with other People & Culture Advisors and People & Culture professionals in the Division as well as in Global Business Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR administrative tasks which require local or global knowledge
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Advise business stakeholders on HR Policy queries and resolve HR-related queries from employees and managers
- Support managers to organise employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives when needed
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies as well as provide advice on policies and procedures.
- Provide Workday expert support
- Drive and be responsible for HR improvement projects when needed
- Support in the Engagement Survey as well as the Talent, Leadership & Learning area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience and skills:
- Hands-on experience from a broad scope of HR activities including experience on Workday
- Solid experience in recruitment processes for different kind or roles in different organisation levels.
- Problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling to work with different stakeholders
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Basic knowledge of the country labour legislation in Finland
- Growth mindset - passionate to grow professionally further.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience in human resources with increasing responsibility and scope. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as Finnish skills. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
