Field Marketing Manager FI
We are looking for a field marketing manager to accelerate our growth in Finland. You will build and execute a local marketing plan, working closely with the Finnish management team and the Eficode expert network while having a global marketing team to provide scale in Brand, Content, Growth, and Partner marketing. As a field marketing manager for Finland, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career and join our international and professional marketing team.
You will be responsible for marketing planning and execution in Finland. With the country management and marketing teams, you will define the marketing plan and execute the tactics for your audiences using global messaging and assets.
You will also have a central role in our international marketing team, working with over 20 other marketing fellows according to Agile practices.
This is a full-time position in Finland.

About the role

You will be responsible for marketing planning and execution in Finland. With the country management and marketing teams, you will define the marketing plan and execute the tactics for your audiences using global messaging and assets.

This is a full-time position in Finland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, and execute local marketing with the management and sales teams in Finland
- Work closely with sales to review and qualify existing leads, and execute tactics to accelerate their progress in the sales pipeline
- Create and execute marketing campaigns specifically for the local market in coordination with the content and growth team, including advertising, paid & organic promotions
- Identify and plan events, like seminars, conferences, and webinars, and run them with your colleagues and supporting contractors
- Work with the sales teams to provide highly focused sales aids and account-specific marketing tactics in close collaboration with our subject-matter experts
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with local marketing people of key technology partners
- Identify suitable media opportunities and work with the media agency to pitch thought-leading stories to the media
- Track, measure, and maintain local marketing OKRs as part of the country OKRs
- Work closely with the country manager to ensure wider country priorities are monitored, tracked, and kept up-to-date
- Prioritize issues, solve problems, and ensure effective decision-making.
- Full professional working proficiency or native in English and Finnish

A business-oriented mindset and experience within B2B marketing in the IT industry
- Demonstrated experience in copywriting and editing
- 4+ years of marketing experience with deeper skills in field marketing, general marketing, or event marketing
- Excellent project management skills and a collaborative mindset to coordinate marketing activities with external contractor network, and collaborate with subject-matter experts and salespersons
- Understanding of software development to create content with our experts
- A good understanding of inbound marketing and marketing automation
- Originality, outgoing attitude, or curious mind
- Self-initiative and excellent project management capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, often with several projects
- Experience from, or interest in the IT industry is considered a great advantage
- Experience working with Hub Spot and Salesforce
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, business, marketing, or relevant field
