Join us as an Export Sales Manager based in Ylöjärvi, Finland, and play a key role in building a strong global machinery brand. Your role: You will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, identify and target new market segments, and build and maintain strong relationships with distributors. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, ensuring regular communication between headquarters and international teams to align strategic goals. We are looking for:
Proven experience in commercial B2B sales, preferably in the machinery business.
Strong background in selling through distributor or dealer networks.
Solid analytical and sales management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
A degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
An interest in machinery and enthusiasm for operating equipment.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude.
Fluency in Finnish and English, with proficiency in other languages (such as German, French, or Spanish) being an asset.
Proactivity, sales-mindedness, and a hands-on approach to your work.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and flexibly prioritize tasks.
A strong ability and experience to understand the needs of the distribution chain and customers in different international environments and cultures.
