Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are:
- Reviewing contractual availability performance of wind farms in Finland by ensuring wind turbine downtime is aligned with our contractual obligations
- Evaluating the performance by using various software tools such as VOB, Power BI and Salesforce to investigate and confirm downtime is correctly allocated
- Efficient communication and knowledge sharing with our Field Operations team in order to improve turbine availability management
- Working closely together with our Turbine Performance Analysts in order to ensure downtime reporting and data management is continuously aligned to Vestas’s contractual obligations
- Supporting our Service Operations with deep dive into fleet performance
- Meetings with different stakeholders requiring preparation and follow-up
- Minor contractual interpretation
Qualifications
- Previous experience of Wind Energy and Service Agreements within the field
- Good knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Experience with SAP & Salesforce is an advantage
