We are seeking an ambitious CRM Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team as we continue to drive our growth story forward! What you’ll do:
CRM Strategy: Develop and drive long-term, data-driven marketing communication and customer engagement strategy
Email automation: Create a smooth customer journey by identifying opportunities in email automation
Targeted marketing campaigns: Own and drive end-to-end (from idea to analyzing the results) communication via email and SMS for our international markets
Continuous A/B testing: Create a plan to continuously test and get learnings to improve your results
Customer data analysis and segmentation: Analyze customer data and create customer segments to more effectively target marketing communications and campaigns with timely messages that fit the audience
Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships: Aim to increase customer loyalty and engagement by developing models for customer relationship management and implementing functions that improve the customer experience.
Upselling and increasing customer value: Develop strategies to provide additional value to existing customers and encourage them to make further purchases.
Reporting and analytics: Monitor and report on the results of CRM marketing activities, such as lead generation, customer loyalty trends and customer engagement.
Collaboration with other teams: Working closely with sales, customer service, tech and product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and that marketing efforts support business goals.
What you’ll bring:
Expertise in CRM & Email marketing: 4+ years of professional experience in operational CRM, specializing in email marketing and optimizing the customer lifecycle
Good knowledge of CRM software and tools (Hubspot)
Data-driven campaign management: You excel at managing and scaling high-volume, complex automated campaigns. You know exactly what to measure and how to turn data into actionable insights
Analytical mindset: You’re not just focus on outcomes – you seek to understand the impact of your work. You’re always looking for insights from testing and eager to apply those learnings to continuously improve future projects.
Customer-centric approach: You’re passionate about understanding our current and future customers – their needs, challenges, and how to best to connect with them. You’re also excited to experiment with new approaches and embrace fresh ideas to inspire growth.
Collaborative Team Player: You work well with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of an optimized communication lifecycle.
Passion for innovation: You stay up to date on digital trends and tech innovations, always keeping the customer’s perspective at the forefront
Language skills: You are fluent in English. (Bonus points if you speak German, French, Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian!)
